1. Service-based work
As our services involve time, expertise and third-party advertising spend, fees for work already carried out are generally non-refundable. Any specific cancellation or refund terms will be confirmed in writing as part of your service agreement.
2. Advertising spend
Where campaigns involve third-party advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Microsoft Ads, any budget paid directly to those platforms is subject to the platform's own terms and is separate from our management fees.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection law.
4. Requesting a refund
If you believe a refund may be due, please contact us with details of your engagement and we will review the matter in line with the relevant agreement.
